In connection with the Schools Division Memorandum No. 145, s. 2020 issued last June 17, 2020 , it is indicated in item no.5 that issuance of certificates, awards, report cards and other learner’s credentials is deferred in strict observance of the guidelines of DOH, IATF and Office of the President. Instead of face-to-face release of documents, FCPC came up with the online releasing of e-copy of report cards and diploma for those students who need the said document as requirement for scholarships and other purposes.
The requested documents will be sent to your e-mail after 5 working days. We ask for your patience and understanding. The Registrar’s Office will only send the e-copy to the requesting parent or guardian in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
